3 nights in Athens, capital of Greece, cradle of democracy, birthplace of Western Civilization! Athens is a vibrant city where the ancient and the modern co-exist. The majestic Acropolis with Parthenon rises above the city, its ancient glory still visible in the timeworn stone, and the National Archaeological Museum holds countless treasures from Athens’ Golden Age.
3 nights in Santorini, the most breathtaking and beautiful of all the Greek Islands! This is the ideal place for enjoying the most romantic sunsets. The town of Thera’s white-washed houses, narrow streets, open-air cafes and glittering boutiques cling to steep cliff, accessible by cable-car or donkey. To the south is Akrotiri, where recent Minoan excavations support the theories that Santorini might be the fabled lost continent of Atlantis!
3 nights in Crete, the largest and one of the beautiful islands of Greece. Heraklion, the capital of Crete island, is just three miles away from the fantastic ruins of the Palace of Knossos. Discovered in 1899 and partially reconstructed, the elaborate Palace is believed to be the mythical Labyrinth of King Minos and the seat of ancient Minoan culture. The Archaeological Museum in Heraklion displays many of the treasures found during the excavations. In Crete you can swim at incredible sandy beaches, and visit beautiful natural spots, such as gorges, lakes, etc.
As soon as you arrive at the airport of Athens, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Rest of the day in Athens at leisure. Overnight in Athens.
After breakfast, you will be picked up for the Half-day City Tour of Athens, including Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum. Depart for a photo stop at Panathinaiko Stadium where the first Olympic Games took place in 1896. It is the only stadium built out of white marble. Proceed, passing by Zappeion and Temple of Olympian Zeus. You will then pass the Athens Trilogy which includes the University of Athens, the Academy of Athens, and the National Library. Continue passing by National Garden, Hadrian’s Arc, St. Paul’s Church, Parliament, Tomb of the Unknown soldier, Schliemann’s House (Numismatic Museum), Catholic Cathedral, Old Parliament, Constitution Square, Russian Orthodox Church, and finally ACROPOLIS (visit Propylae, Temple of Athena Nike, Parthenon, Erechtheion with its Porch of Maidens). Continue the expert guided Athens sightseeing and museum tour with a pleasant short walk passing by Herodion and Dionysos Theater, in order to visit the ACROPOLIS museum. Avoid and skip the lines of the new museum. Main attractions such as votives, artifacts of every day life, statues from archaic period, Caryatids, and of course the Parthenon hall with the metopes, the pediments and the frieze will impress you!

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the port, for taking the ferry to Santorini island. Upon arrival to Santorini, you will be transferred to your selected hotel. Free day at leisure and Overnight in Santorini. (B)
