Cancellation Policy

The Cancellation Policy below is valid for reservations that are made after June 1st 2020.

The payment is REFUNDABLE up to 7 days before the transfer date. In this case, a small handling fee of 4% of the payment (received until that time) will be kept for covering operational expenses (credit card commission, etc.)
From 6 days up to 3 days before the transfer date, the cancellation fees will be the 10% of the Total amount (there will be an 90% refund).
From 72 hours up to 24 hours before the transfer time, the cancellation fees will be the 20% of the Total amount (there will be a 80% refund).
Less than 24 hours before the transfer time, or in case of non-show, the cancellation fees will be the 100% Total amount (no refund).
In the case of an EMERGENCY, like a serious illness and hospitalization of one of the passengers, the cancellation fees may be reduced or waived (for consideration, the official documents from the hospital will need to be presented).
